Naturally rich in vitamin C and polyphenols, rosehip tea is cherished for supporting the body during colder months and times of fatigue, while gently caring for joints, digestion, and overall balance. With its softly tart, comforting flavour. Add 2 to 3 rosehips, carefully cut in half, to a mug of hot water. Let it infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, strain, and enjoy slowly.
