How to use

Add 6–8 drops to a diffuser to brighten the atmosphere and uplift the spirit.

For scalp, skin & nail care
Dilute 15 drops in 50 ml of a carrier oil and massage gently onto the desired area.

For headaches & seasonal discomfort
Add 6–10 drops to a diffuser, or 6–8 drops to warm bath water and relax for at least 10 minutes.

For circulation & body care
Mix 15 drops with 50 ml of carrier oil and massage onto targeted areas.
